Revise and re-strategize your holdem limit playing style if you are not already doing it.  Making a study and analysis of the poker hands you play is very crucial in long term poker journey.  The best of the playing effort is to know really what you are and to play in the way you do not repeat your past mistakes.  If you should not repeat your past holdem limit mistakes you need to be doing a regular analysis of the hands you play.
 
Making notes and re-analysis of holdem limit hands is very simple with so much of advancement in technology.  All you need to do is to make a print out of your playing hand histories and recollect how you have made your play.  There are a plenty of hand history software available for playing holdem limit and analyzing your mistake.  There is also a few software programs that point out alternates of how it could have otherwise been played.  You can try one of this, though it might not be 100% useful it will be useful in the most part in making you realize where you are actually going wrong and that is very crucial in any form of poker.  Accurate hand history records are one of the important methods to keep you winning and self-realized.

If you feel that the opponent that is making you lose all the time knows something better than you, then you need to realize that they know their weakness and they know where they go wrong most of the time.  They have failed like you in the past.  They make a difference by not repeating that mistake. This is very important for someone that is trying to make a serious journey with holdem limit of no limit.

The next skill that any opponent can have to put you down is getting to know your pockets.  It is impossible to know the pockets of every opponent, but it is easier to know what other pockets can beat you.  Suppose you have KK an AA is a better pocket in pre-flop, but if the flop hits K-10-9 then you need not fear the AA unless there is going to be an Ace in the turn or the river. Luckily if K hits on the river then you have a four of a kind and you are on the strong side. And trips of Ace are not going to beat KKKK.  Just define those pockets that can beat you and see if others have it.
